Cons: Owner brought the car which was completely rubbish. Dirty, full of scratch, worn out tires(it was funny because we called before travelling, just to confirm if car has snow tire equipped). He refused to bring another car for us, wasted our 2 hours of time, not being flexible at all, telling us that because we choose the cheap car(excuse me? 700AED is not cheap money in Georgia!). We are very disappointed. They "SURPRISED" us, truly.

Cons: The car was in some bad conditions, trunk door not working and hard to open, brakes were bad, window wipers not good, and the dead battery that was recently replaced was kept in the car and spilled acid and damaged some of my items.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy


In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 3 day before the pick up date.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Armenia.
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is forbidden.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Snow chains.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.12 to 01.03.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
