Israel
Renault Logan
10/10/26

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Despite the fact that I purchased full insurance from Dollar, by drop off the agent held me for a long time for the car examination. I reminded him about my full insurance package, but he ignored it. The agent found some new scratch but I reminded him again my full insurance which covers all scratches! Actually the car I received was full of scratches and cosmetic damages. Then I wrote a WhatsApp message to Dollar asking about my deposit release - he started to argue with me about the scratches.

2/24/26

Pros: They were friendly and very helpful when we had questions. They also speak english pretty decently which is nice because we noticed not a lot of georgians do.

Cons: The deposit was pretty high. This is just our general opinion. We think for the amount of time we got the car we should pay less deposit.

Pros: Very professional staff in Tblisi

Cons: Nothing
India
Hyundai Accent
12/10/25

Pros: Mishka was very helpful in the pick up and drop off of the car. Since there is only 1 agent at the office, there may be a situation where you might have to wait for 5 minutes for him to get free in case he is helping out someone else. Apart from that the pick up and drop off process was super smooth.

Cons: Nothing.
Croatia
Renault Logan
7/24/25

Pros: The officers did their job quickly and easily.

Cons: The car I got wasn't the one I wanted, which was higher off the ground and had a lot of minor damage and scratches, but it served us well.

Toyota RAV4
6/7/25

Pros: it was professional service, same as exist worldwide. we trusted the employees! it is important.

Cons: it could be easy a 10. there were two things which made us uncomfortable. 1. the tank was "almost full", it was "slight bellow" the max bar, and the dashboard showed 377 KM to drive. when we stopped at the closest gas station (just 1 KM from the airport) - we have filled another 13 litters, and the dashboard showed 490 KM to drive. 2. the car was dirty from the outside, and it reflected two things - our experience with having unwashed car. the second is incapability to look for existing damage

Pros: The overall experience I faced with the crew at the airport and at the office quite helpful and honest. I believe any tourist would prefer this option. For the record a Big thanks for Kakha & Goga at the airport and office staff Mishka & Lasha who swiftly guided me in extending 1 day extra with no hassle. Looking forward to deal with them again.
