Pros: They were friendly and very helpful when we had questions. They also speak english pretty decently which is nice because we noticed not a lot of georgians do.

Cons: The deposit was pretty high. This is just our general opinion. We think for the amount of time we got the car we should pay less deposit.

Pros: Mishka was very helpful in the pick up and drop off of the car. Since there is only 1 agent at the office, there may be a situation where you might have to wait for 5 minutes for him to get free in case he is helping out someone else. Apart from that the pick up and drop off process was super smooth.

Pros: it was professional service, same as exist worldwide. we trusted the employees! it is important.

Cons: it could be easy a 10. there were two things which made us uncomfortable. 1. the tank was "almost full", it was "slight bellow" the max bar, and the dashboard showed 377 KM to drive. when we stopped at the closest gas station (just 1 KM from the airport) - we have filled another 13 litters, and the dashboard showed 490 KM to drive. 2. the car was dirty from the outside, and it reflected two things - our experience with having unwashed car. the second is incapability to look for existing damage

Pros: The overall experience I faced with the crew at the airport and at the office quite helpful and honest. I believe any tourist would prefer this option. For the record a Big thanks for Kakha & Goga at the airport and office staff Mishka & Lasha who swiftly guided me in extending 1 day extra with no hassle. Looking forward to deal with them again.

Cons: Car was a smoking car and I don't smoke. Not a deal-breaker but not preferred. GPS was not effective at all. Did better using Google Maps on my cell phone.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 520.00), Theft Protection, Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Energy recovery fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan.

Crossing country borders with Premium, Economy Elite, Intermediate Elite, Mini Elite is not allowed to the following country(ies): Armenia, Azerbaijan. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity. Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.12 to 01.03.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
