Pick-up instructions
When the customer arrives at the airport our assistant will wait for him/her at the arrival gate holding a placard that write his/her full name in order to make our presence visible for customer , since there is no desk at the airport. After our first contact, our assistant will escort the customer at a specifically designed parking lot where the vehicle will be delivered to customer. (outdoor parking lot which is located 150 metres from arrival gate equiped with SURPRICE flags, sunshade and desk where we ' ll fill in the contract )

Driver requirements

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Geographical restrictions
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is forbidden. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
