Pros: The agent was trying to be helpful.

Cons: Very disappointing experience. The first car had a red steering warning light. When we asked for a replacement, we were given another car with an engine warning light and a red airbag warning light. We were told it was high season, but that's no excuse for renting out unsafe vehicles. The replacement car was also very old, worn out, and covered in scratches. I would not recommend this rental provider.

Pros: It was very easy, the agent was relaxed and friendly. She sad to me, as I was afraid of the whole booking (secoukd time renting a car) - "relax - you are in Greece" and everything went smoothly. It is and older car with scratches, but it drove nicely and flawless.

Cons: They should do fuel level "full-full" instead of "same-same" - it's almost impossible to reach same level exact as the previous.

Pros: Even though we were delayed an hour and a half, the employee stayed at the location and waited for us.

Cons: I was unable to change the pick-up location online during the time that I was supposedly able to make the change. I tried several times, but it timed out each time. This made picking the car up more complicated and expensive than it needed to be had everything worked online. I also tried calling the phone number and could not get through.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
