Poland
Nissan Micra
10/3/26

Pros: The car was in a very bad condition (at least 14 years old), the gear was broken on the second day of the rental. The lady at the reception desk was very rude. We don’t recommend Alma!!! Keep away from this company!!!
United Kingdom
Volkswagen Polo
8/30/26

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Provided with a rental vehicle that was unsafe and mechanically defective, exhibiting an active Engine Management Light (EML), severe power loss, and engine stalling on steep gradients. Upon returning the vehicle, the issues were dismissed by staff. Furthermore, false evidence—specifically photographs of a different vehicle model's interior—was submitted during the dispute process to misrepresent the vehicle's condition. Avoid this operator if safety and honesty are priorities.
United Kingdom
Suzuki Celerio
8/6/26

Pros: Smooth car pickup and responsive representative

Cons: Nothing
Sweden
Suzuki Celerio
7/31/26

Pros: The agent was trying to be helpful.

Cons: Very disappointing experience. The first car had a red steering warning light. When we asked for a replacement, we were given another car with an engine warning light and a red airbag warning light. We were told it was high season, but that's no excuse for renting out unsafe vehicles. The replacement car was also very old, worn out, and covered in scratches. I would not recommend this rental provider.

7/13/26

Pros: Simple no pressure for any add ons

Cons: Nothing
Denmark
Fiat Panda
5/31/26

Pros: It was very easy, the agent was relaxed and friendly. She sad to me, as I was afraid of the whole booking (secoukd time renting a car) - "relax - you are in Greece" and everything went smoothly. It is and older car with scratches, but it drove nicely and flawless.

Cons: They should do fuel level "full-full" instead of "same-same" - it's almost impossible to reach same level exact as the previous.
Netherlands
Fiat Panda
5/29/26

Pros: The speed and accuracy with which everything was handled

Cons: There was nothing that was not good. If I really have to give a minor point, it was the floor mat on the driver's side, which was already quite worn out.

Volkswagen Polo
9/2/23

Pros: We got a 'lesser' car than expected, but within the range we ordered. Can't be lucky everytime. Lesson learned, better car-choice next time. Car was more than sufficient, but very much used hahaha

Cons: Can't think of anything..
Greece

Pros: A few standard scratches but overall good condition.
United States of America (USA)
Nissan Micra
6/13/23

Pros: Can’t emphasize enough how great the customer service was. We booked our car round trip airport but arrived at the port. They handled the change very quickly and in a friendly manner.
Poland
Volkswagen Polo
9/20/22

Cons: The car rented was VW Polo. The car offered was Nissan Micra that was smaller. For the same price.
Australia
Toyota Aygo
9/1/22

Pros: Even though we were delayed an hour and a half, the employee stayed at the location and waited for us.

Cons: I was unable to change the pick-up location online during the time that I was supposedly able to make the change. I tried several times, but it timed out each time. This made picking the car up more complicated and expensive than it needed to be had everything worked online. I also tried calling the phone number and could not get through.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: zanesljivost in natančnost na letališču

Cons: dostava avta spet na letališče in vožnja nazaj v kokkari z taxijem, dodatni stroški
United Kingdom
Kia Picanto
7/27/22

Cons: After booking everything online, I was asked to pay cash by the rep who said she was having a bit of trouble with the card machine. When I said I didn't have the cash, the machine seemed to work fine. A bit suspicious I thought. Apart from that the car was fine.
Netherlands
Nissan Micra

Pros: friendly, fast and flexible

Cons: See mentioned above about the tire. (Also no automatic, atlhought that was less of an issue)
