Pros: The customer service representative Dominik was so accommodating when we returned the car to Bratislava. We had an very early flight the next day and had to be at the airport at 4am. Dominik was prepared to meet us outside of regular business hours to return the car. He was prepared to meet us at midnight if we wanted. Outstanding service and we thank Dominik.

Pros: The car was nice and in good condition.

Cons: The pick-up guy had us waiting at the airport 17' even thought he had our flight information from beforehand, the car that we had agreed on from the online booking was for a Manual Transmission car, however the dealer told us that they "upgraded" for free with an automatic transmission car. Even though i had a short experience with AT car in the past, it was not what i wanted, but they told us that due to holidays shortages this was their only left option......

Pros: Perfectly professional and personal experience from collection to drop-off – easily the smoothest operation I’ve ever dealt with in that industry. Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
