Pros: The customer service representative Dominik was so accommodating when we returned the car to Bratislava. We had an very early flight the next day and had to be at the airport at 4am. Dominik was prepared to meet us outside of regular business hours to return the car. He was prepared to meet us at midnight if we wanted. Outstanding service and we thank Dominik.

Pros: The car was nice and in good condition.

Cons: The pick-up guy had us waiting at the airport 17' even thought he had our flight information from beforehand, the car that we had agreed on from the online booking was for a Manual Transmission car, however the dealer told us that they "upgraded" for free with an automatic transmission car. Even though i had a short experience with AT car in the past, it was not what i wanted, but they told us that due to holidays shortages this was their only left option......

Pros: Perfectly professional and personal experience from collection to drop-off – easily the smoothest operation I’ve ever dealt with in that industry. Paul’s communication was flawless, upfront and deeply knowledgeable about extras and alternatives. The deposit was returned instantly and there was no sense of hidden clauses or catches. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
