Pros: The representative was waiting for us on arrival with a sign and walked us to the office.

Cons: We arrived at 21:30 to return the car and the office was closed. After calling the representative arrived at 22:00. He said that we were supposed to return the car at 22:00 but we were told until 22:00. Very annoying and disappointing.
