Cons: Just the lack of having the car ready on time. Baby seat was placed in the vechile upon pick up and was a little dirty that I had to place my Tshirt down so my son could sit in the seat for the journey.

Pros: The pick up and drop off location is easy to be found. The staffs are friendly.
Cons: Therefore, there was no walk around check before we receive the car, which makes me concerning for a while since I have no idea if there are any damage or marks on the car.
