Pros: The staff at the counter, patient and explained clearly. I didn't understand Korean and his English is good. Gave a few tips on how to search for places using phone numbers. Brilliant.
Cons: Location not exactly at airport. Had to ask around before being directed to the right place for bus pick up.
Pros: Nice car.
Cons: The staff did not explain the details about the car specifics (lights, breaks, etc). Fuel was filled 1/3 what makes difficult to refil while returning. No advice on some specific rules how to drive in SK (turning right on a red light)
Pros: The process is pretty straight forward, especially it was easy and hassle free when returning car.
Cons: Some possible communication problem between SIXT and the agent, Discovercarhire.com. I asked for a 8-seater, but then got a 9-seater, thought it was great but turned out it as still a 8-seater with very small boot. Also i asked for two additional driver (and paid for it), turned out SixT only allowed one additional driver. A slight disappointment.
