Pros: Everyone was very friendly. They had a global concierge who spoke fluent English and went over all the rules for driving on Jeju Island. I was very confident in all driving situations

Pros: They were excellent from shuttle pick up, to signing the contract, to return of car, to shuttle drop off. Zero complaints. Clean car in excellent condition.

Cons: They spoke English. The lounge was large and well stocked. Very easy to find and right next to a gas station. This will be my go-to rental company for Jeju.

Pros: The car was in excellent condition. The agent knew English well enough to give me thorough instructions. The shuttle bus is a plush full size bus. I filled up the gas tank one bar more than when I left and they gave me a refund for the difference.

Pros: I liked our welcoming agent, the fast pick up and drop off and generally it went very smoothly. I loved the navigation system. It is very specific.

Cons: It’s not about the service- but the car itself had troubles riding up a hill. I would probably print out some rules for foreigners. I didn’t get why are there green + yellow lights and what does it mean- they change to green or to red sometimes - but overall all went very well

Communication was seamless—when I notified them via WhatsApp that I would be returning the car a bit later than planned, I received a quick response saying it was no issue at all. The return process was also impressively efficient, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, I’m beyond satisfied and would rent from them again

Cons: The website was not so nice for foreigners, because I couldn’t pay. So I had to use a third party service but that wasn’t available for that day. So, even though there were cars available we could only rent the next day

Car seemed almost brand new, with in built gps which was easy to use, and many safety features ahd alerts which made driving very comfortable for ny family. Although i thought they open only at 8am, the business owner kindly informed me that they were able to take in returns at 0730. He even offered me a ride back when i was trying to book a kakao t during peak hour.
