Cons: Sixt asked for an insurance that has been already paid on booking. So we had to pay double insurance because they don't partner with the online website and that is Not! Okay. So we had to pay insurance again!

Pros: Staff was friendly and approachable and there was no wait at the counter.
Cons: I was told upon pick up that the car needed to be brought back on the end date of the rental by exactly 8.15am (time of pick up as well), and was told that any lateness (even of a few minutes) would attract a charge of a full day hire. I therefore rushed on the day and made sure I was there by about 8am (even though my flight was about 3 hours later); only to find that the counter was closed and was only opening at 8.45am!!!
