Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Toll device, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Express service, Transaction fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 180 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
