Cons: Deposit total amount is high 2000 Qatar Riyal Returning the deposit may take up to 20 days!! As stated by the rep even I paid the 3rd part coverage to discovercars, still I need to pay to them in case of accident till they get the payment from discovercars!!

Cons: The guy handing me the car said it was ok, but when I started looking around at the car, it was full of dents, scratches and all the alloys had dents and scuffs around them. We spent 15 minutes so that he can document all these problems before I could leave. He seemed unhappy that I was pointing out all these issues and that he had to record them. I would have never paid for such a car in that state.it was 2 AM He told me I had 5 minutes to leave the CARPARK otherwise i need to pay for parking.

Cons: I had to wait for the sales person to come to me, I was given instructions on WhatsApp, I was lucky I had an eSIM to access the internet. The service do not have a desk and used someone else’s desk. The horse told me that they did not have the car I asked for but were upgrading me. It was an actual downgrade from a British made MG to a Chinese car with a much smaller engine, although it was similar size. The car was disgusting to say the best. I had to get the car washed myself.

They withdraw the safety deposit (not just a guarantee, a proper withdrawal), then they contact you long time after the car return to ask you your credit card number for a refund. Which means lots of bank and exchange fees on your side. The car was in really bad conditions (engine, noise…). No serious company would give such a vehicle to a customer before having it fixed.

Cons: At first, I did not receive the car requested in the reservation, and it was changed after 4 hours and brought to the hotel When using the car, it turned out that it was not good and had a defect This indicates that the company did not test the car before delivering it
