Cons: When I have arrived to the airport to return the car , I didn’t find anyone to receive the car key, I made check in boarding then I returned back to the desk to return the key also I didn’t find anybody, I wasted my time with my family to find a way to return the car, finally I left the key in the desk and wrote paper with my contact number and parking number.

Cons: I had a rental car from 3.12. until 7/12/2022 On the morning of December 5, the air conditioning stopped working. 5.12. in the afternoon the orange warning light came on - engine failure. So I parked the car and didn't use it. 6.12. in the morning I reported defects to Alamo, that I want to cancel the contract, that 7.12. there will be a taxi at the airport. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 130.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Fuel policy
