Pros: The staff are very helpful, they had an automatic car prepared for me but happily swapped for a manual when I requested it. I also rented car seats and the lady helped me carry them to the car. Drop off was equally easy, deposit was returned quickly.

Cons: Undisclosed fees added to car rental at time of pick up that were not disclosed when car was reserved and rental was prepaid. I had to pay at least 50% more than what I was led to believe was a fully prepaid car rental. I could not rent a car unless I paid these fees at the car rental counter. This is dishonest and unethical.

Cons: I contracted for a rate in Euros, and then they added 2.5% charge on for converting into Czech korunas. I didn't care which currency I paid in, but I didn't want a surcharge (the obvious thing would have been simply to charge in Euros as per the contract - if they want it in korunas that is fine, but use the actual exchange rate not one with a 2.5% penalty - and please do not read this and say 'it is not a penalty' - I don't care what you call it - it is 2.5% that legally wasn't due to them).

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 31.03. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
