Pros: Despite the thing that I wrote in the next box, I think that in general most of things went well with Rentis. I think that they take care of their cars and their clients and that they also have a good attitude.
Cons: As I wrote before, I cannot do a final review of RENTIS before I'm sure that they return the amount of the deposit and that the final price of the car is the agreed through Discover Cars. Secondly, as I told Rentis in my Email to them, I recommend them to have a better rental meeting point in Krakow Glowny Station.
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were very good about my last-minute request to drive into Slovakia (extra charge). Young man that delivered the car was very polite and thorough. Helped me with a few issues.
Cons: Airport return location - a very busy airport gas station, taxi holding area and some other operations - is very crowded and difficult to maneuver/park. Rentis office location is not marked. (It is upstairs from the restrooms.)
Pros: The staff and the how easy it was to communicate.
Cons: The pick up place.
Pros: Very detailed information taken before we took the car regarding any scratches or marks. Great service when we returned the car to the office at krakow airport which is just minutes away
Cons: The collection details were not very clear. We had to ask several people where to go to collect the car as there was no office it was just a meeting point on the car park which was massive at the station. We spent ages walking round looking for the representative. Once we found him he was very efficient and helpful
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Communication was terrible. Could not find them to pick up car And was looking for 45 minutes or more. Warsaw did not know I was leaving the car there and that took a very long time. They would not remove my deposit from my credit card. I had to call the krakow office and I’m still not sure if it was removed. I would never ever use them again.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
