Pros: The car
Cons: They cheated me into paying for ‘extra insurance’ and it all felt like a back door operation. Very dodgy.
Pros: Representative as professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
Cons: I did not feel safe driving the car. The engineering of the car and level of the drivers seat is too low to allow proper visual range over the hood and through the rear window behind the vehicle. The few times I had to reverse I had to get out of the car repeatedly to clarify surroundings due to lack of visual range and back up cameras or sensors. I would NEVER buy this make or model of car. Dangerously engineered.
Pros: All was fast and efficient
Cons: Not clear over that the pickup point was agreed on an exact meeting hour. It was not an office but a public parking.
Cons: Even a t-shirt with advertise can help to find the Agent. During dropping off I was waiting almost 30 min.... Agent was in delay but it could be nicer to receive a call informing about the wait
Pros: Car was not clean outside. But I just don’t care.
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
If the customer wishes to use Debit cards, he/she will be required to purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).
Maestro, Cash, Cheques is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following territory: European Union.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Additional charges will be applied.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
