Pros: The agent was helpful. The price was acceptable.

Cons: The company has not returned the security deposit only after I inquired about the return of the deposit, sent them my contract details - more than a month after the lease. The car had too weak engine for travels in the Colombia (despite its size large enough for 4 persons). The car was not new and quite beaten up. The agency required cash payment for the rent (accepted credit card for the guarantee deposit)

Pros: Fairly easy process.

Cons: Did NOT like the fact that on a 5 day rental, 2 days were pica place. The one day of pick up the permission was provided. The second day it was not yet I was asked to drop off the car at 4 instead of my reserved time of 5. Upon dropping car off I was told there COULD be a fine for driving on the day of pica place. Why was Inasked to drop off early then reprimanded for driving on a day that I was not supposed to drive or was supposed to drop the car off after 9 pm. I will NOT PAY A FINE.

Pros: I spent 4 hours picking up the vehicle. The representative of Rental Fácil went home. The company did not have a proper office and operated on a rented cubicle within a hotel.

Cons: Poor communications, complete absence of an office, provision of a vehicle in poor condition (engine making clanking noise). Vehicle air-conditioning did not work. The vehicle ended up braking down, and it took the company half day to fix. The company refused to replace the vehicle. Rental Fácil ended up Rental difficult!. Avoid!!

Pros: Everything was absolutely difficult from the beginning with this company, they offered me airport pick up and then told me to take a taxi to their location.

Cons: Too many difficulties with this company from the beginning. starting because they wanted me to pay them the full rent and security deposit in cash. I asked them to cancel that contract and they didn’t allow to do itThe vehicle they gave me worked poorly, then they gave me a lot of inconveniences to give me support, I had to stick to their schedules to get a change of the vehicle, contrary to obtaining support and service, they caused difficulties; I’m still having a hard time with that company.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 865.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax, Delivery fee, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 67 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
