For International Arrivals turn right after exiting Customs and you will see PrimeCar-NU Car Rentals counter on the left side of the corridor. For Domestic Arrivals after collecting your luggage turn right into the Connections area then left to exit. Continue straight ahead to the PrimeCar-NU Car Rentals counter located between the 3rd and 4th exit doors directly in front of Domestic Arrivals.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 650.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.

Deposit and deductible policy
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.

Business hours
