Pros: No much, the price was OK but thats abut it

Cons: Unsafe cars! Service light was on at collection but the collection desk was closed when I went back Turns out no oil in the engine. Had to take time out of my holiday to get oil and then got only some of a refund on it. Collected late at night and car was very dirty inside but did not see this until the next morning. Customer sevice very unhelpful. Just quoted back the rental agrement thats its up to the renter to add oil to the car and make sure its clean at collection. A joke, avoid PANEK!!!

Pros: The car in parked on the airport at park so you do not need to walk far or wait for shuttle bus

Cons: They do not honour the amount that a customer has to pay indicated on the voucher. Little understanding about how to handle the payment from the customer with foreign credit card. They insist on paying in currency of the credit card issuer and that results in overpayment

Pros: I did not have a chance to evaluate external condition of the car before rental so when i found damages on the car i was worried they will be issues upon return and i will be found at fault or blame. After reading documents attached by Panek i realised damages were already there before rental but knowing about prior to driving off would keep me calmer.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 930.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

If the duration of your stay in Poland is longer than 6 months, a driver license issued in Poland is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
