Cons: My flight was cancelled and I was put on the next flight which was at 930am. I was informed by an agent that my rental would be good for 24 hours. When I called the next morning to make sure everything was okay with my rental the agent said he saw no notes from the previous ageny and what the agent told me was incorrect. He said my rental was inactive. You stole my money and I was lied to. Unless a refund is given for the misinformation, I will be disputing this with my bank. The convo was recor

Pros: I gave a lower rate because it was just one agent. She was very professional, training someone, moving from one computer to another while making sure she adhere to the policy of the company. She was exceptionally outstanding. She deserves a raise. Even due it took a long time to get me, I understand that she was working as fast as she could to serve us.

Pros: I rent from BWI Airport on a monthly basis and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with renting a car which by the way I had to cancel I would not rent again nor would I recommend anyone else to. Also the older woman at the desk was very loud and nasty will not do business here.
