Cons: We got scammed by this company ! We we ordered a car online paid a deposit when we got to the car hire company we were not given the car Choice we were just given a car. They chose the car back once back in England we was charged so many additional fees we ended up paying double the amount we paid online. We did not even receive our deposit back. Do not use this company

For cross-border travel in all other countries, written permission from the car rental company is required.
