Pros: Nothing, terrible service, delivered car late and not to agreed pick up place. Transfer done on side street and rushed and charged for extra driver that was already paid for.

Cons: the employee at the Qawara office was very rude in more than one situation, and we had a problem with the car and he did not help us at all. Also we had booked the delivery of the car at a certain hour and he said that we had to received it earlier. Fortunatly,the other employee that delivered us the car ( an english man) on the contrary was very nice and waited for us until the time that we have booked the delivery.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.

Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
