Pros: The car should be better prepared before delivery. In our case, it was not cleaned properly and had a very strong cigarette smoke smell inside the cabin.
Cons: When we returned the car, the employee pointed out some minor damage, which was surprising because when we picked it up, we were told that such damage would not be taken into account (I hope that was not intentional). Fortunately, we had recorded a video of the car’s condition. It was very convenient to simply send the video to the employee to resolve the issue regarding the alleged damage.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
