Cons: Just one small issue. Booked an automatic and they have us a manual. Was no problem since the employee drive and picked up an automatic for me. Wouldn’t hurt to explain to foreigners about the Adblue additive that needed put in gas. Good overall.

Pros: Fast service, no attempts to upsell extra insurances, free car upgrade.

Cons: The drop-off was a little rushed, we couldn't find the representative in the parking lot who was supposed to check the car and the woman at the rental counter was going on break, so she just told us to leave the keys and that the car check-up wasn't really needed if we were sure we didn't do any damage. Fortunately my deposit was returned in full after a couple of days, but looking back I would have insisted a bit more about the check-up.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
