Pros: Rien, le service de la commis pour prendre possession de l'auto était nul, non cordial et brusque. De plus, Keddy essaie d'arnaquer les gens avec les dommages qui étaient déjà sur l'auto, il faut prendre des photos et des vidoés, sinon Keddy va vous avoir. Les gars qui font le transport de l'aéroport au lieu de location sont gentils.
Cons: Pas une compagnie fiable, personnel au comptoir très désagréable. On ne se sent pas bien quand on procède au contrat avec les commis.
Pros: Had to bring the car after one week out of two as there was a strong vivibrationin the steering wheel when going 70 km/hour. No problem with returning the vehicle and we got another vehicle within minutes. No problems with the second vehicle.

Pros: The car we perfect for our needs - 9 seats and luggage. Easy to drive.
Cons: Arrangements at Martinique airport were unnecessarily difficult - having to get Wi-Fi and scan a QR code - just to get collected and taken to the Europcar office a few miles away. No-one at the airport had heard of Keddy - you should have told us where to go as part of the booking process. As a result, it took over an hour to collect the car.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 90 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
