Pros: The car we perfect for our needs - 9 seats and luggage. Easy to drive.
Cons: Arrangements at Martinique airport were unnecessarily difficult - having to get Wi-Fi and scan a QR code - just to get collected and taken to the Europcar office a few miles away. No-one at the airport had heard of Keddy - you should have told us where to go as part of the booking process. As a result, it took over an hour to collect the car.
Pros: Thanks to Europacar lady desk official everything according rentacar smooth and fast ...!
Cons: I like it very much, especialy understand famous rentacar company as Europcar!

Pros: Nothing. Keddy by Eurocar… WHAT A FARCE. Eurocar Would not recognize the voucher that we had.They tried to force us to leave a 6500 EUROS as a deposit when the voucher clearly indicated 650 EUROS.
Cons: Eurocar acts as if Keddy is an outside agency when they clearly have publicity outside their office that reads Keddy by Eurocar. Ihave rented cars all over the world (SCOTLAND FRANCE PORTUGAL ENGLAND IRELAND BARBADOS ST MARTEEN GUADELOUPE BAHAMAS SPAIN NEW ZEALAND USA CANADA GERMANY ITALY JAMAICA) and I have never been treated the way your staff in Martinique served us. At check in, two other couples were treated as badly as we were. I have rented with EUROCAR in the past, never again.
Pros: Rien... Nothing !
Cons: Confusion totale sur le prix et surtout sur l'assurance supposément incluse dans le tarif annoncé lors decla réservation. Sur place, l'agent nous demande un depôt de .... 6500 euros !!! en fonction de l'assurance supposément prise avec Keddy. Pour éviter de faire ce dépôt (et geler notre carte de crédit !!!), on a choisit acheter une nouvelle assurance et doper le prix de location de plus de 200$. Bordel total ! La même situation s'est produite avec le client qui nous succédait ...

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Visa Electron, Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
