Pros: Check in and out flawless. Pickup and drop off at the airport. Perfect.
Cons: The car had a system error, (low tire pressure, sos alert) what was harmless but very annoying, and could not be fixed from the service department .

Pros: The price was competitive and the car was in good condition.
Cons: When you get to the airport you have to call for the shuttle service - we had to call three times!! An UNMARKED vehicle passed us and stopped to drop off guests...WE had to run over to ask if they were AddCar; the driver never looked for us. We booked a GPS when making the online booking, but none was available when we arrived. The day we returned the car, ONE person was working! She was doing her very best and was very professional and polite; but we had to wait over 30 minutes.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
