Pros: Keddy is part of Europcar and it was easy to find the rental desk and they were helpful in the rental process.
Cons: The car they gave us was not the car we wanted and it was in bad shape. The car was not clean and had damage all over.

Cons: Upon pick up, the rental office was up a ramp, very inconvenient when lugging several luggage. Upon drop off, I found the rental office, but I had no idea where to park or drop off the car. Several hours after pick up of automobile, the tire pressure light went off and was worried the entire time if I was going to have tire issues
Pros: Easy rental. Car was great and the staff at check-in and return were very friendly and efficient.
Cons: Only challenge was having to wait for the car in Venice since they need to bring them in from the mainland. We had expected it and the wait wasn't too bad (~25 minutes).

Cons: We wanted to return the car to the airport and we were told one amounr but in reality a completely different amount was determined later. Also they promised to send the return information via text message but it did not come.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
