Cons: Took too much time and I called them a month ago to inform that I'll pick the car 2 days after my booking. They agreed & put a note against my booking. Then I modified the booking online too. Also, I recalled 2 days ago to remind them. And they happily told me not to worry and that they remember my booking. When I went to get the car, they told me that my booking expired, there is no note against my booking and cant give me a car. I have to say much more, but you don't have enough space here.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: driver license with photo. A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
