Pros: good value for price, car with lot of useful optionals (parking camera, heated steering wheel and seat); people at the counter very friendly and effective
Cons: I paid for winter tires, but the car was equipped with all-season tires, which aren't specifically designed for snow, but hybrids. Why ask for a rather high premium? The car seats were stained, and that wasn't particularly pleasant to look at.
Pros: Good services, quick drop off.
Cons: Keddy is sub-brand of Europcar, however this was not stated on the rental voucher, so to figure out that you have to go to Europcar rental office was needed - there is no Keddy office nor sign.
Pros: The whole process was very smooth.
Pros: The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They gave me a big upgrade and I got a brand new Audi A3 instead of a Hyundai i30. Furthermore they were so kind to show me how it worked with the automatic gears, since I didn’t have any experience with it. I will definitely use them next time I will need a rental car!
Pros: Fast service and easy access to the desk, being located in the Arrivals hall
Cons: It was not clear to us that we had to go through the Europecars desk

Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), flight information.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
