Pros: I booked an economic car (VW Polo or similar) with manual gear (it was the mos ecomomic option after a small city car). They gave me a Seat Leon Cupra with automatic gear. The free update was great, I like the automatic gear, so no problem for me, but they didn't propose it, they simply gave me the keys. I think that somebody could be upset about this. This is simply a sugestion for the future.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning of the inner part of the windscreen, I had to clean it with alchool. Another point was that the windscreen wiper needed to be replaced.

Pros: Very happy with the car provided.

Cons: My confirmation email showed a price to pay at collection was 150.84eur (we had prepaid 39.65eur to supposedly lock in the price) on collection of the vehicle I was told I had to pay 205.67...... I needed the vehicle so had no other choice than to pay considerably more than I had been advised. .....Absolute scam of the most blatant nature. I look forward to hearing from you ??
