Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Fullsize, Special a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
American Express, Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
