Pros: The rental car company Jeju One Rent is very efficient. Whether is pick up or return, the process was fast and simple.

Cons: Just one feedback is that the car fuel tank is not full upon pick up. Hence, it is difficult to return at same level. I would suggest all cars should start with full tank and return as full tank. Thanks.

Pros: Convenient and fast. Smooth checkin

Cons: I saw there were key press locks for early drop off given I had a very early morning flight. So I asked if I could use the service. First he said they were meant for Koreans then when he saw I was doubtful, he said it was meant only if I paid for full cover on insurance !

Pros: This might’ve been the best rental cards experience I’ve had ever. I appreciate it everybody speaking English. The GPS on the car made it so I never got lost and most of the addresses. I wanted to go to. We’re already in the GPS, which was very helpful.

Cons: When backing with the car I did not see a stone that i hit and this made a plastic decorative cover on the rear bumper fall down. I kept it with the car and One Car retained 44euros + the whole deposit. I have subscrubed to a complémentarité incurable and i cagnotte find it now. I need help

Pros: Very helpful agent when we collected the car who went through everything in detail and gave us the chance to ask questions. Really helpful to have an English speaker.

Cons: It took a bit of time to collect the car as you have to wait a little while for the shuttle bus at the airport which then takes you to their office but this seems standard for Jeju airport.

Pros: Quite efficient and friendly. The car was exactly what we reserved, although it had a few scratches and dents.

Cons: The shuttle was a bit hard to find. And on the way back the drop off point was a bit hard to find as well since the place is in a small side road and not on the Main Street.

Pros: Easy to find and problem solving.

Cons: Two days after starting the rental, the car's tire pressure warning light came on, and upon inspection, the tire was completely flat, rendering the car undrivable. Although it initially appeared to be a flat tire, it was actually just deflated, indicating that the car was not thoroughly checked before delivery. The issue was resolved relatively quickly, but we lost nearly an hour due to phone calls and waiting for the tow truck.

Pros: Efficient staff who made the entire rental process simple including the setting up of the GPS system in English by Charlie; the car (Kia Morning) was new, spotlessly clean, and easy to handle; my security deposit was promptly cancelled upon safe delivery of the car without me even asking; shuttle bus provided hassle-free transport to the international terminal (I picked up the car only a few days after arrival).

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP).

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
