Pros: Good vehicle. Drop off was great. Responsiveness to emails is great also.
Cons: They could use another person at the collection point at rovaniemi train station to process rentals. Many people get off the train at the same time and the line was long. But otherwise everything was fine with the rental.

Pros: Excellent Service and support from DiscoverCars & GreenMotion. Very nice, courteous and helping staff, both ‘meet & greet representative’ and ‘tele executives’. Vehicle condition was excellent, as good as new. Rates being provided by DiscoverCars were value for money and competitive. All documentation work, payments and Pick & drop was very easy and smooth. Refund of security deposit was timely processed. Net-net, great Service & Support, and we would highly recommend to others.
