Pros: The car I picked was not available at the pick up (Auto) time so I had been asked to wait a couple of hours to get the car.
Cons: Nothing at all as the office put to much offer to sell me extra insurance for a dirty car with no other option.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1570.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
