India
MG 3
1/26/26

Pros: Friendly and helpful
Morocco
Kia Picanto
11/13/25

Pros: EXCELLENT

Cons: I`M SURE I WILL BOOK AGAIN
Russian Federation
Renault Captur
5/7/25

Pros: The agents were very helpful, the pick-up and drop-off were easy and fast.

Cons: The car was a little bit worn off, it had many dents etc.
Canada
Dacia Duster
8/3/24

Pros: Manager (Nabil) was very courteous, efficient, and solved all issues for us immediately (we initially were given a subpar vehicle, which was exchanged rapidly for a vehicle up to our expectations).
Morocco
Kia Picanto
3/17/24

Pros: Everything was just perfect & satisfying

Cons: Pickup took much time and I had the car 1.5 hour late than the reservation booking time.
Australia
Dacia Duster
1/9/24

Pros: Value for money and great car
United States of America (USA)
Dacia Lodgy Stepway
7/25/23

Pros: I'm not from Morocco nor speak their language yet they were patient and understanding of my situation. I needed the car for one day (My wedding), Saturday. Although they were scheduled to be closed the next day, they still open their doors.

Cons: Not having a drop box for the car keys and $1,600 on my debit was my only problem. Other than that I would definitely rent from them.
New Zealand
Dacia Duster
7/21/23

Pros: Not much

Cons: There is an additional insurance cost on pickup that was not clear. We had to bribe the lady at the counter when we dropped off (2H late) to prevent a full day charge. Understand we were late. Car drove fine. Dacia duster. Fuel guage was broken which made driving across the country more nerve racking than a holiday needs to be! Picked up the car with no fuel. Overall pretty average. Would try elsewhere next time.
Canada
Renault Megane
8/9/21

Pros: Courteous and professional staff. Clean new car with specs as promised

Cons: Empty gas tank policy (hard to return it empty ;-))
Canada
Dacia Sandero
9/10/18

Pros: They provided me with a diesel car.

Cons: The car tank was empty and the gauge indicator was flashing. As per the representative, that's how they do it: pick it up empty and return it empty. Extremely inconvenient from a customer perspective.
