Pros: I'm not from Morocco nor speak their language yet they were patient and understanding of my situation. I needed the car for one day (My wedding), Saturday. Although they were scheduled to be closed the next day, they still open their doors.

Cons: Not having a drop box for the car keys and $1,600 on my debit was my only problem. Other than that I would definitely rent from them.

Pros: Not much

Cons: There is an additional insurance cost on pickup that was not clear. We had to bribe the lady at the counter when we dropped off (2H late) to prevent a full day charge. Understand we were late. Car drove fine. Dacia duster. Fuel guage was broken which made driving across the country more nerve racking than a holiday needs to be! Picked up the car with no fuel. Overall pretty average. Would try elsewhere next time.

Cons: The car tank was empty and the gauge indicator was flashing. As per the representative, that's how they do it: pick it up empty and return it empty. Extremely inconvenient from a customer perspective.
