Cons: Terrible. Arrived at 22.35 (flight was 10 minutes late) to find the office shut, despite them having my flight details. I went back the following morning. I explained, but they told me I had lost the booking, because they only hold it until 6 hours after the scheduled time. (When I queried if this meant by 4am, when they are closed, they replied Yes!) They agreed to give me the car, and said it was fine, but it was actually covered in scratches (7 in all).3rd time this has happened with Goldcar

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 6 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
