Cons: ZERO 1) They replaced me with the premium car that I had booked, a Mercedes by Kia! 2) They requested a DOUBLE card, instead of a single credit card as described in my voucher, requiring, in addition, a debit card, which I wasn't carrying with me, neither being prevented from carrying a debit card, then, as a "courtesy" the accepted DOUBLE credit cards. 3) The vehicle was completely dirty, had too much damage, was very old, had 97K km, and had just 250km before check control.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Insurance
The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Partial Damage Waiver (PDW), Roadside Assistance will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
