Pros: Nothing
Cons: They were late dropping the car off at the hotel by one hour and very late collecting it-two hours late. We were left waiting.Car was not the category we ordered and then they tried to charge us a penalty for it being dirty when they collected it. We refused as there was nothing wrong with it. Would not recommend or use them again. I would also recommend customers film the interior of their cars on collection to prove the condition pre and post hire so they don’t get ripped off by this company.

Pros: Prompt and polite representative. Very helpful in showing me how to get google maps off line.
Cons: Nothing in particular, the car was a bit battered, but it's only cosmetic. I think more info on road rules would be helpful.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
