Pros: First when the company was rated bit down I was but hassled before making the reservation. But the service was excellent and a new experience for myself with rental cars. Normally I take the vehicle from the airport counter but here they take took us to their counter which is 2 minutes away from the airport. The communication was on point without any hassle. We received the exact car which we booked and it was new and clean. Overall great service, people and experience.

Pros: The staff was friendly.

Cons: The car was 8 years old and the battery died while we had it. We had to wait for someone to come and jump the car. Their solution was to wait 3+ hours for someone to drive to us and take care of car or fix it ourselves and they would reimburse. Very stressful!
