Pros: Amazing service at pickup in Malaga.
Cons: I dropped the car back on the 29th of April to the Madrid office and the staff inspected the car in our presence and said it was perfect and that I would receive an email with final paperwork shortly and then the refund of our deposit within a few days. It has now been 9 days and I have had no contact from Europcar, no email, no return of my deposit (not a small deposit either!) I have reached out to them via email and have not received a response.

Rental Conditions

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Premium Location surcharge, Port fee, Vehicle tracking system.
Mileage policy
For rentals lasting 1 to 2 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals of 3–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
