Cons: The Europcar person at Sanliurfa Airport for car return tried to rip me off for extra charge. They said the car exterior is not clean and want to charge me $50 Euro for car wash just because the road is dirty and there is some splash of mud. Finally, they reduced it ~$12 Euro ($400 Lira). When I rented the car, the car is not clean either. This is terrible experience.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Minivan, Premium, Fullsize, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Turkey. Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car. Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
