Pros: The lady Ema on reception was very nice. The car was delivered 1 hour late due to previous renter being help up in traffic, so the car was dirty. To save time EUROCAR gave me the money to get the car washed in our own time.

Cons: The car was stripped of everything Chinese version of the car. very underpowered, not suitable for mountains of Albania, loud and petrol thirsty. No Android Auto.

Cons: Mess up with the booking so we lost an afternoon of our holiday, 50€ per country cross border fee (usually it's a one off fee), first car had a flat tyre, second was dirty, very old, 5000km overdue a service. Handed us a document to cross the border and told us that was what we needed, didn't tell us we also needed a green card which caused a lot of stress at the border - they implied the document they gave us was all we needed
