Pros: One of the worst car rental services I've ever received.
Cons: - They claimed I haven't purchased extended car insurance, when I did - Overpriced - The car that I order is not the car I received - Aggressive salesperson - They tried to sell me overpriced extras which I didn't asked for - I waited for more than a hour to get the car - Even though I picked up the car 1.15 hour later, the return time remained the same.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 960.00 - € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Contract fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket. In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: residency permit.

During winter season (from 1st November until 15th April) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04.
