Zippy7 Autorent in Vienna (Downtown)

Pros: For me, zippy7 is one of the best car rental companies in Austria and this is my second time dealing with them. The company follows a certain strategy, and if the car you chose is not what you wanted, you can get a better car at a better price. In addition, you can return the car at the airport, as an effective way to return the deposit yourself today.❤️❤️❤️❤️zippy7 thank you

Pros: employee who helped choose the best insurance plan and explain how they work

Cons: Difficulty locating the rental car, it is located in a location where there are other companies and the access door has to be through a hotel. Car delivery is also difficult, finding the place where the car is left and leaving that same parking lot. I think that for the plan I chose, the car should be better

Pros: The car was picked up the city and dropped off at the airport with a small add of money. It was used for ten days from Vienna to Innsbruck and back and it was perfect. Very good service. Very good value for money.

Cons: Office hours are not followed, by mistake we left the car in the garage without fueling up the tank, tried to get someone from the office during office hours and nobody was there. We called and they hang up on us and then they charged us 70€, 21€ for “fueling service”……

Cons: Finding the desk was difficult as I have to call them and ask someone in the building to talk me to them.

Pros: It was very easy to find the rental desk which is located in a modern and clean building. The agent was super efficient and didn’t force to add anything, which is unlike other rental providers from my experience. The car was clean and new.

Cons: There is a person named George in zippy 7 office who did not deal with me well and when communicating with him via WhatsApp and contacting him he used to hang up the phone in my face and this is not elegant behavior and I will not deal with the rental office through social media channels

Cons: My car cannot be started during the trip, the help desk suggest me to call Toyota directly😩. Fortunately, I get help from someone in the parking area and fix the problem by ourselves finally.

Pros: We got an excellent car. With a lot of technological help (driving with the help of the steering wheel, independent navigation of the vehicle) the vehicle was large, comfortable and economical.

Cons: We ordered an automatic car and got a manual car! The company did not have another vehicle to replace and act on our order.

Pros: Rep was nice and got us our car quick once we got in to the building.

Cons: Building where reception desk is was locked and there was no rep until was called them, but they showed up right away. A little confusing

Cons: Не было жидкости для очистки стекол,и вай фай как пересекли границу с Чехией не работал,мы сказали что едем в Чехию и заплатили за вай фай причем за каждый день,и работник нам не сказал что работает вай фай только в Австрии

Pros: The representatives were very warm and helpful and provided all the necessary details to make our trip successful and fun.

Cons: It might be nicer to have the abbility to drop the car at the airport's terminal itself, but as we got a ride by the representative directly to the terminal it was pretty fair eventually.

Cons: they charged me more. far away from city center, no good transportation to their place. when I return the car it was difficult to find the place in the dark, no sign, the guy was sleeping and it's took time till he awake on 3am , we were so nervous. vignette is not for all roads , they didn't tell me that on the office just a 1 hour later by email. and others things too.

Pros: The service at receiving the car was excellent the car was good and clean

Cons: we try to call you several times and there no answer... Sometimes there was difficulty in opening the fuel cap in one of the cars.

Pros: The personnel was friendly, answered all our questions promptly. The parking was pretty easy to find and had good directions on where to drop-off the Zippy cars.

Cons: The downtown Vienna office seems to be empty quite often - it was empty both when we picked up and dropped off the car. That was pretty inconvenient as we had to call around to find someone who's able to give us the car/instruct on how to drop it off.
