Pros: well, it's cheap and easy to leave the car. Nobody there to watch you, they don't care

Cons: Car-damage oriented business. Calling me liar on my face (without being true). Double charging for the alleged damages. Charging for supposed time the car is under repair when I know they are not repairing anything, because I've never got a rental car so trashed in my life.

Pros: The drop off was far away from the airport, however their driver dropped us off very quickly, which was great.

Cons: I had to wait for 30 mins outside in the cold and rain when picking up the car, only when I phoned (which was expensive) did they come to open. They made me pay extra fees (€90) for cross border driving but didn’t tell me that I also had to buy a vignette, they did say we would have to pay road fees, but we assumed this was the toll gates, we didn’t understand the purpose of the vignette and was fined €150. They could have explained the different fees and how to purchase them.

Pros: Renting with Fox Autorent is more than good value for money and excellent condition cars. We got the car from the Vienna office. The stuff was EXCELLENT and VERY POLITE. Renting was very clear, easy and fast. Pick up and return procedures were easy to follow and clean cut. The €1000 deposit was released a few days after the end of the rental. I definitely recommend Fox Autorent because they are very trustworthy, polite, honest and real professionals! Thank you very much!

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
