Cons: I paid for a full size car and was given an economy vehicle. When I reached out to Discover cars they were very unhelpful, they basically did nothing. Avoid this company.

A Young driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 5 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
