Cons: Poor communication - car was on ansolute empty which was highlighted by their agent. The car was old - didn't have a reversing mirror and was in shabby state - the boit cover was broken

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

Deposit and deductible policy
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
