Cons: Everything else about Budget. The service was extremely low (pickup waiting time of 2hrs), incompetent, not precise (inconsistencies between the contract and the car state). Very disappointed. Worst car rental service ever experienced.

Pros: When a problem was discovered in the car, the treatment at the Marseille agency was excellent and fast
Cons: The wait for the vehicle was over two and a half hours, it was a nightmare in an underground car park, with no ventilation. They should have said there was a delay and called for later hours. Really a waste of my precious time.

Deposit and deductible policy
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
