Cons: Rental agent kept trying to upsell me on the car. We had to wait over 30mins for our car after all admin was completed. Unhelpful when having initial issues with the car. Car didn't really fulfil the bag size as chosen.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1750 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 2000.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 10 years ago is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
