Pros: Friendly and efficient
Cons: The car was absolutely dirty, outside and especially inside. I realised this when I picked up the car in the underground car park in Porta Nuova and I did not complain in Turin only because I needed to leave. By the way, the car was provided with the petrol level at 2/8 rather than at the usual full.

Cons: I have booked car with automatic gears switcher and I have been given manual plus car was with summer tires in the winter! when asked for automatic stick it was not available.As it has been advised by Autovia they have told discover cars in advance about lack of cars with automatic sticks. So I had to overpay for car with automatic stick but use manual instead.

Driver requirements

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
